Adventure racing developed from the triathlon, the three part athletics event in which athletes race on foot, on bikes and in the water. During the 1980s athletes added a range of other activities, and adventure racing was born.
A typical adventure race for beginners lasts 4 to 6 hours and includes swimming in a lake or river, mountain biking and running across rough countryside.

Where did you go last summer?

Last summer I went to Cambrils.

I went excursion to see headlights, red and green but I did not like much.

I went to Valencia with my cousins and my uncles.

WHAT DID YOU VISIT?

I visited “the city of arts and sciences”, the zoo and the beach. We went to the

port and we rode in a boat and the same day we ate a paella valenciana

WHAT DID YOU LIKETHE MOST?

I liked the most the architecture of “la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias” also the

ride with the boat

I missed the underground museum, the football stadium, but we were see a big

statue

I visited the city of arts and sciences, the stadium, biopark and the cathedral.

For me, the best thing of Valencia was the city of arts and sciences.
